We are updating our options regulary in order to provide you with the best quality and quantity of seasonable fruits & veggies available. When selecting seasonal options you are shopping more sustainably.    

This winter we suggest...

Seasonal fruits: apples, oranges, bananas, pears, red grapes. 

Seasonal vegetables: cabbage, broccoli, potatoes, onions, celery, pumpkin, sweet potato.

Seasonal greens: parsley, spring onion, kale. 

Availability of produce is subject to change with seasonality. We do our best to ensure our selection is up to date with the best produce available at the time.
